These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the xmenu platform and services. By using xmenu, you agree to these Terms.
Our Service
xmenu provides a platform for restaurants to create and manage digital menus accessible via QR codes. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you upload (menu items, images, descriptions). By uploading content, you grant us a license to display it as part of the service.
Payment & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time and your access will continue until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Prohibited Use
You may not use xmenu for any illegal purpose, to distribute harmful content, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Limitation of Liability
xmenu is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
